I offer in-home massage therapy sessions between the hours of 10AM and 4PM Wednesday-Friday, with limited weekend availability. I currently serve Pittsboro and the surrounding areas. You can also find me at Wax Poetic in Carrboro on Mondays and Tuesdays, should you prefer a spa setting over your home environment. Each appointment is tailored to your specific needs. Sessions typically include a combination of modalities in order to maximize the benefits of therapeutic touch. Integrative Table Massage
This type of massage is performed on the table and includes the use of aromatherapy lotion. Swedish techniques are combined with Deep Tissue work to relieve pain and correct muscle dysfunction while still being relaxing.
Grounded Futon Massage
This type of massage is performed on a futon mat on the ground. The client is fully clothed and no lotion is used. A combination of Shiatsu, Trager, and Thai techniques are applied to remove blockages and invigorate energy flow while releasing tension.
